1. Take one really unflattering photo (the Times reviewer beat me to the phrase "constipated-looking").

2. Add ominous title in the largest font size you can find.

3. Mix.

    i think the fact that the title covers his brow and the top edges of his eyes makes it look a lot more evil than it would sans-title.
