And...Re David -- you mean the Secretariat building. And indeed, it's as though Mr. Annan is walking away from it. Nicely played. Especially given that monstrosity of a subtitle. Here the designer has taken a potential liability (the nightmare of having to work with that much text) and made it the strength.
