Re David -- you mean the Secretariat building. And indeed, it's as though Mr. Annan is walking away from it. Nicely played. Especially given that monstrosity of a subtitle. Here the designer has taken a potential liability (the nightmare of having to work with that much text) and made it the strength. I'll just sit here and feel envious now.

This is very evocative to me of one of the dominant buildings at the UN in NYC
