The Spare Wife

Like a good political campaign, the BDR doesn't go negative unless it's necessary. I didn't see anything over the weekend that I wanted to post, but I did see this. Please call your local police station if you've found a woman's leg with a red pump on the foot. Someone's missing one.

Maybe it's a spare piece that belongs to the spare wife. Otherwise, a pretty spare cover.

Um...maybe the other leg is wrapped around his torso? Maybe he married Paul McCartney's ex? (I'm not trying to be mean, I'm just trying to figure it out.) I wonder if the Me Times Three novel also makes use of multiplicity...and whether it, too, is numerically challenged.

i think it's a funny idea, but it isn't what kills this cover.

The red-shoed leg pretty obviously belongs to the same woman as the all black legs, look at the shoe and calf. I think it was all one photoshoot and they just silhouetted the image, look at how his black shoes reflect light and her black shoes do not.

Was this supposed to be more evident or less evident?

I think both pairs of legs look to similar, maybe they could be wearing a different shoe or have slightly different leg shapes. Anyway, am I the only person that tries to read this "The Alex spare Witchel wife."?
I'm not impressed by this at all, it seems poorly thought out.

I suspect this is the definition of "designed by committee".
