Design by Steve Snider

No words on the front of the jacket. So what does this say to you?

Interesting that Amazon scanned it with the spine:

The photo tells everything. That's brilliant.

Thanks Jason!

It tells me nothing. It tells me... nothing. But then, when I look at the spine it tells me that it's a book called "In search of Bill Clinton". And at that moment, I realize that I am looking at the hundredth book on some old ex-president that I could care less to read.

All that aside, it's pretty bold on the part of the publisher and works very well.

Can I pick this gem up on cassette tape???

FYI, Amazon images are usually provided by the publisher.

@anon that certainly makes sense. So many of the book images on Amazon are crappy...what the hell do they do to them after they get them?

The photo *is* the title.

Joseph... Not sure what Amazon does with the images after they are loaded by the publisher. We just did an audit of all our titles on Amazon, and uploaded new consistent quality images. They seem to have held up OK. Not great. This blog has better image quality!

I love to see that this works! Excellent!

It looks like the photo in the amazon image is ever so slightly stretched. I wonder if that's an error, or has some twisted marketing department logic behind it.

It is disturbing how much cake and makeup Clinton is wearing in this photo. He looks like an older woman in drag.
