That could be, but I have a sneaking suspicion that the red element might wrap around the spine and over to the back. Time to go to the bookstore to check it out in person :-)
Ugh - not another cover to make me a) think the designer is more clever than I, then b) make me think I'm the cleverer for it, once I figure out what the red box is about...
The red square is courtesy of Miramax Books' marketing department. It's an ugly but effective branding.
