This cover piques my interest. I don't really like pink, yet I'd pick this book up and begin reading to see what the writing does for me.
The cover of A Million Little Pieces with the hand is a stroke of genius (considering what the book is about), so I can't help comparing this with that. And this just doesn't measure up.
(To clarify, by the cover of AMLP I mean the complete wrap-around.)
The Million Little Pieces cover *is* brilliant. Rodrigo Corral, if I remember correctly.
Seems like the proportions are off. A little white space would help to clarify the cover.
hand lettering? It looks like someone was using an icing tube. cigarette ash and pink . . . and bad lettering. Who is this friend? Let's find out.
