I might look inside this book. I think the outline of the man is the cover's one saving grace.
The title and author font reminds me a bit of the blacksparrow books, which i like. The background color contrasts the ideas in the title and the image, while I'm not thrilled about does convey a therapist. It looks like creative non-fiction. It doesn't give it all away and I'd pick it up to look at the back cover to see what its about.
