Have to see this one in person, I think. Of all the things I've seen in New York, someone standing in an intersection with a beach ball isn't one of them.

As a fan of (mostly early) Paul Auster I'm not optimistic about this one ... that is, if I may switch gears and judge the book by its cover. (It's not necessarily a bad design, but it does signal a certain type of Auster story to me that I don't find particularly interesting ... TIMBUKTU)

I go back and forth on Auster. I re-read Leviathan at some point this year and found I didn't love it as much as I thought I did.
