Basketball, sex, death and perhaps murder. I haven't seen this in person yet, but that looks like a real photo of NBA Commissioner David Stern with a draft pick. If so, is anyone else surprised that a real photo, no matter how obscured and altered, was used here? Or put another way: c'mon, basketball fans: who's the big dude?
