If I was this good I would just do covers with my art.
Certainly the illustrator is credited in the book. Anyone live close to a bookstore?
The illustrator is Catell Ronca and the designer is Darren Wall.

not sure I like the clutter and type is kinda hard to read (although it can be argued that this is part of the design concept of anonymity). mmmmmaybe some contrast could bring the title out a bit (but then it wouldn't be so "anonymous")...
