Not sure which is the final design -- both of these are on Amazon.co.uk. The placement of the subtitle on the second version is really odd.

The misaligned F in the bottom image is overkill imho.
For a book about messiness both covers look too... neat :)
It misaligned F made me want to buy the book. The second cover is much stronger. I think that the first is the bookstore version and the second is the online and small ad version. The subtitle has to be bigger so that it can be read at minimum size.
A book about messiness has to be compulsively neat. My first boss in publishing, the truly legendary Bruce Jay Friedman used to say, "Don't pile craziness on top of craziness."
